So we have recently had a number of guests at our home. Muria and the kids have been staying with us for a little over four weeks and the night before she left, Deric (via telephone) told us that they had bought us a new 42" TV as a "thank you" gift. We were in shock. We don't expect our guests to buy us any gifts. This was totally unexpected. So now we get to the dilemna this has caused. Nathan thinks we should use the TV as a computer monitor and Sarah thinks we should use it as a TV...what a hard life we live...all these decisions!
It has been fun getting to know our nieces and nephew better!
Thanks again for the gift. It wasn't needed but it is already being enjoyed!

Nice Monitor, now you just need Sarah to buy you the big screen you always wanted.

P.S. Thank you for the Baby advice Sarah.

Maybe you guys could sell it to us for $500 like you did with that station wagon (which still runs great, by the way).
Thanks, Sarah.
I bet Molly's pictures are life size on that screen!
As a TV screen you'll feel like you're at the movies. As a computer monitor... let's just say I'm jealous... I could work on the computer without my glasses if I had one like that! A very generous gift. The picture of you two with all the kids is wonderful. What a cute bunch of kids. A bit like your wedding except there seems to be a new face of two. :)
hahahaha! what a funny dilemma! :) i think that is so cute :) And i absolutely LOVE the last picture - I envisioned that one day, you and Nathan will have a picture like that, but instead of being with all your nieces and nephews, it will be with all your children... :)
I love you guys, and I MISS YOU! We definitely need to talk and catch up! muah!
I agree with Janina that you guys look very natural with a whole BUNCH of kids! :) Maybe we should just give you a few more years... ;)
And just THINK of how great your computer games will look on that great screen! :)
I'm with Sarah on this one. Can you imagine watching the Bachelor on that thing. Too good to pass up...
And I'd love to try your mei tie if you're not using it. :)
If you ask us the tv wasn't enough of a gift for all the two of you did. We will forever be grateful for your hospitality...it was wonderful to get to be with you all those weeks... you guys are really special.
Love, The kids in the picture and their mom and dad!
